Biff

Just a short note to say how much we appreciated your kind and respectful approach and the efficient and caring service that you provided. 

The process was smooth and unobtrusive and Biff died so peacefully.  It was good to be able to use your sustainable cremation process (Gentle Waters Cremation) and have Biff’s ashes back home within a few days. The gift of a tree is a lovely gesture too.

Thank you very much and while I hope very much we don’t need to use your services for another couple of years, it is reassuring to know that it is available and I will highly recommend you to friends.
