Dear Kate and Nic,

Such incredible people. The supportive phone call with Nic and then the moment Kate arrived, with kindness and understanding, we were talked through, gently approaching each step, it flowed and we were never rushed.

Our dog Red was relaxed in her presence as were we. We will treasure the special extras that we can hold close forever.

We are so grateful for your support and care as we said goodbyes to our Red, it means so much. Thank you Kate and Nic.
