Jack

Acknowledging that it was time to let our beautiful Jack go, was the hardest decision we've had to make as a family.

Jack had grown up with our four children and was very much a special member of our family.

Kate, we can't thank you enough for giving Jack the most dignified and memorable goodbye. You were so kind and patient, allowing us all the time we needed to give Jack his final cuddles and kisses, guiding us through the process of letting him go.

Although we miss him terribly, you reminded us to focus on all of those beautiful moments that we have had with him throughout his nearly 16 years of life.
