Jazz

Sadly our beautiful Jazz needed to be put to rest. Our vets were not available but luckily I was given your number and I would like to pass on my sincere gratitude to the empathy, patience and gentle manner shown towards Jazz and my family.

Thank you Nic for being so understanding on the phone and organising the visit for later that day.

Its such a hard decision that when Kate arrived I had a wee panic and started second guessing the decision. She immediately took the pressure off by saying "Just because I'm here doesn't mean we go ahead". She listened for over 20 minutes whilst I talked through the last 2 weeks. By the end I had reassured myself that I had come to the right decision and Kate, having heard what had occurred, agreed with me. It was such a relief. 

I was then able to sit calmly and give Jazz my full attention with my family present whilst Kate talked through the procedure. She then carried out the procedure so gently.

The use of sedation was such a better way than what we had previously experienced.
