Loki

From the first point of contact, Nic was empathic, compassionate and provided incredible guidance on the process and the options that we had to make Loki's passing as comfortable for him as possible.

Loki had a lot of anxiety around the vet and strange people, so we always knew that we would say goodbye at home. The  reason I chose Our Pet's Goodbye was the addition of a “fear free” sedation method. Using this meant that by the time Nic arrived, Loki was sound asleep, and his last memories were of being hugged by his people.

Nic, thank you for the respect and care you showed our big old boy from beginning to end. We never wanted to say goodbye, but it brings us great comfort that he went so peacefully.
