Dear Kate and the amazing team at Our Pet's Goodbye and Gentle Waters,

I just wanted to say thank you for the kindness and empathy that was shown to us when we said goodbye to our beautiful Bailey last month.

It was such an emotional time - gosh I miss my fluffy little friend so much!! It was such a comfort to know that she was being treated with respect and dignity.  All the little touches like the flowers and the tag on her ashes were so special and we knew you understood what we were going through.
