We cannot speak too highly of Nic when it came time to say goodbye to our sweet girl Phoebe.
From our initial phone call to the day itself - Nic was calm, immensely caring, professional and had Phoebe's best interests very much to the fore.
Being able to say goodbye in our home with Phoebe in her favourite spot made a very sad time more bearable.
Thank you hardly seems enough.
