Rufus

When our wee Jack Russell dog named Rufus started to get sick with pancreatitis and diabetes, we watched as his poor wee body started to waste away. 

Our Pet's Goodbye came recommended. Our initial contact with Nic was so reassuring and I felt like she really understood our struggle. She was so empathetic and kind. I knew we had made a decision that was right for Rufus, as heartbreaking as it was. 

The afternoon that Nic came to our house we were all so upset. But she very calmly talked us through what was going to happen. And it was peaceful, and Rufus was comfortable in our arms. 

It’s 2 weeks later and I still cry. But I feel very lucky that we could say goodbye in such a special way. 

Thank you Nic. We will always be grateful for your caring and calm presence that day.
