Scooter and Elmo

We really cannot recommend Nic enough, the compassion, empathy and kindness she showed our two beautiful boys was incredible. A terribly sad time was made peaceful and filled with love.

Last year we had to say goodbye to our beautiful 16 year old cavoodle Scooter, he passed very peacefully in the living room on his favourite bed with a mouth filled with treats, it was perfect for him.

More recently we lost our 9 year old Elmo. Elmo became very sick over just a matter of days, Nic was incredibly accommodating and sympathetic while we were trying to find a diagnosis and find if there was anything we could do for our wee man. Always letting us know she will be there if we needed her help. When his time came she went out of her way to come and help him, and he went peacefully in our arms.

We also absolutely love the paw, nose prints and hair that are taken, I have each of their paw prints framed in my room and they are so special.

Thank you Nic for making an extremely hard time a little bit easier. We find so much comfort in knowing our two boys were stress free and comfortable throughout the whole process.
