Nic was so lovely on the phone and it was no problem for her to see us on a Sunday afternoon. Nic was very calm and quiet as my boy tended to avoid strangers, but he stayed relaxed in his basket until it was time for me to pick him up.

Nic kept me informed throughout and l felt comfortable to grieve during the process. 

I'm happy that my baby was able to spend those last moments at home. 

At such a terrible time Nic made things a little bit easier. She has a beautiful calming presence.
