Dear Kate and Nic, I am extremely grateful for the way you handled our dear little Hazel’s recent euthanasia and cremation.
Kate, your compassion, patience and professionalism was outstanding and it made the horrible situation so much more bearable. Every step of the process had clearly been very well considered to minimise the distress both for the pet and the distraught owners!
I was amazed at how peaceful it was for Hazel and I loved all of the little touches like the soft blanket to wrap her in and the bed to rest her on to take her away.
