Lou gave us the most wonderful 14 years of loyalty, friendship, love and fun times. Because of the gifts that he gave to us and the extended family, making the decision to put him to sleep was so incredibly hard. But we knew that we were being kind to him as his tired and failing body were causing him distress.
Right from the outset when Nic answered our call for assistance, we knew immediately that we had chosen the right person to assist us in our final farewell to a much loved member of our extended family.
Nic was professional yet affable and fully explained everything along the way which made Lou’s exit so meaningful. Nic would be the “go to” person I would recommend to any pet owner who wishes for their beloved pet to be treated with dignity, gentleness and respect while also treating the “big” people with compassion and empathetic understanding.
Nic, you are an angel.
