I just want to say the biggest thank you for the wonderful way you helped us give Cleo the most peaceful send-off she deserved.
I had felt the deepest sadness throughout the day when I had made the decision to have Cleo put to sleep. I was put into contact with you and you were so calm and reassuring on the phone that I knew I was doing the right thing by her.
When you came around to our place on that cold and rainy night we all felt at ease with your peaceful demeanour. I know that helped Cleo and ourselves feel at peace knowing she was leaving us from the safe place of home. The way you discussed everything that you were doing reassured us that Cleo would feel no pain or discomfort.
I know that I will certainly have you help us send off our other pets when their time comes. Once again thank you for all you have done for us to send off our beautiful girl.
