Dear Kate and Nic,
I wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service you both provided during the passing of my beautiful Indie. Indie was a huge part of my life for 12 of her 13 years, so saying goodbye was always going to be hard.
The care and compassion you showed to us all during Indie’s last moments meant a terribly sad time was actually a very peaceful and beautiful moment, for which I am so thankful.
