Nic was absolutely amazing during what was one of the toughest days of my life. She showed incredible care and understanding.

Nic showed us so much kindness and compassion on this awful day. Although it was never something I wanted to go through, I am so grateful I found Nic to be there.

Every moment along the way was explained and I felt at ease knowing my boy was going in the most peaceful way possible.

Thank you so much to Nic and the wonderful service from Gentle Waters. I felt our boy was giving the upmost respect and dignity in this last moments and after our final goodbye.
