Dear Nic and Kate
Just a few words to thank you both for your support whilst we said goodbye to our boy Toa Bear. He was the best friend and addition to our family for 12 wonderful years, he was cherished and we miss him terribly. There’s a huge Labrador hole in our lives and Ted, his best buddy misses him so.
But we know it was the right decision and from the moment we called you, nothing was too much trouble. We felt supported and informed every step of the way. Through all the tears we all managed to give Bear the best possible goodbye that he deserved, at home, surrounded by his family and so peaceful.
